Why Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is simply "meditation with the help of a guide". The mind has a tendency to wander where it will. Gentle guidance makes it easier to focus and relax and enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Meditation has been shown to increase focus, reduce stress, and promote calmness.
